Describe the bug
In the Option Dialogue of x264, the highlight of parameter disappear if the number is negative.
Expected behavior
The negative should be highlight in yellow(orange) color.
How to reproduce the issue
Enter a negative value, for example in x264->Other->Deblocking: Strength: -3
Provide information
Occur in StaxRip v2.44.3, but not in v2.14.0 (yes I haven't updated for a long time...)
