Expand CI testing to include:
- Testing of tutorials and notebooks. Some notebooks cannot be tested such as the Azure pipeline (requires endpoint, and key values). We should differentiate between types of notebooks as well as set the notebooks to run relatively quick.
- Minimum dependency tests. We currently test dependencies based on the latest available release of each dep (from
pip), we should include testing of minimum dependency requirements to ensure that the ranges specified are compatible.
- Windows testing. We currently test on Linux predominantly, we should add testing environment for windows as well.
