Currently the two functions add_signals and add_signal are only able to save data_location using relative paths.
The flaw is when I am writing other apps or scripts that are not sitting under orion root folder but want to process db stuff, it's hard to deal with relative paths.
So perhaps we can add an option like abspath and when it set as True, the data location will be saved using signal file's absolute path.
