  • we'll drop support for parsing break <value>; introduced for java 12, to not keep this around in PMD. java 12 is not a LTS release, so it will be gone, once Java 13 is available. And if one wants to analyze such preview java 12 code with PMD, then a older PMD version can be used for that.
