- Added an option to download the latest documents, design files, and UF2 files from the Raspberry Pi Pico Getting Started page.

- Visual Studio Code, plus recommended extensions
- OpenOCD with picoprobe support
- Zadig
Fixes:
- Fixed Git for Windows installation to actually use the options that we want.
