The commands markdown-table-move-column-left, markdown-table-move-column-right, markdown-table-insert-column, and markdown-table-delete-column don't respect escaped pipe character in table cells, treating it as normal cell separator and thus destroying the table.

All table editing command should respect escaping pipe character in table cells.
