When trying to use the pdb++ module on Windows with pyreadline 1.7.1, "import readline" fails due to an apparently unused "import pdb" in pyreadline/rlmain.py:32. This is problematic because pdb++ replaces pdb, so pdb++ ends up trying to import itself when it imports pyreadline. Removing the line fixes the problem.
