Add Fedora 24+ and openSUSE 13.3+ to officially supported OSes #466
Description
All supported Linuxes:
- Debian 8+
- Ubuntu 14.04+
- Fedora 24+
- openSUSE 13.3+
CEF Python builds using sysroot and thus supports the same OSes as Google Chrome:

I've just tested cefpython v66.0 on Fedora 25 and it works out of the box.
