Disable GPU acceleration and add performance enhancing switches in OSR examples #463
Description
GPU acceleration must be disabled in OSR examples. Otherwise strange issues occur. Must update screenshot.py example and osr_test.py unit test. Additionally pass performance enhancing switches as well (#240).
