Binaries set options on the compilation machine, so gdo("html.css") and company end up set to the path on the compilation machine.
Work-around until I can get an updated version up on CRAN:
install.packages("diffobj", type="source")
or:
options(diffobj.html.css=diffobj_css())
options(diffobj.html.js=diffobj_js())
