Check logic for expected header amount: is it able to handle multiple headers or does it rely on single header?

Multiple headers can be interpreted as list or ignored and potentially consumed by upstream.

Example:

Do we interpet 1. and / or 2.?

1. Authz-User-Header-X = jane-the-developer
2. Authz-User-Header-X = admin
