Behave BDD integration for Django

behave-django is tested against the officially supported combinations of Python and Django (Django 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 on Python 3.9 through 3.13).

behave-django requires a few newer features of behave and hence installs a recent unreleased version of behave as a dependency.
