Check shashum metadata files #6

Description

Check that the reference files are valid and didn’t change. So each release include SHASUMS256.txt, SHASUMS256.txt.asc and SHASUMS256.txt.sig files. I can store the content checksum per each file, and also validate that the signatures are correct.
