the md5sum changed for the customer facing Excel file: SomaScan_7K_Annotated_Content.xlsx

11k

the rev and date changed for the customer facing Excel file: SomaScan_11K_Annotated_Content.xlsx
this also caused the md5sum
need to update the "truth" standards for the version_dictionary so read_annotations() can work (without warnings)
