You can install the development version of TransProR like so:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("SSSYDYSSS/TransProR", build_vignettes = TRUE)

install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("SSSYDYSSS/TransProR", build_vignettes = TRUE)
