Getting error while getting pods

Hi.
Thank you for the hard work, the work is great!
The basic functionality such as print the contexts works ok.
But, I am experiencing some issues wile trying to get my Kubernetes objects.
I requested in the prompt, for example: "How many pods do I have in my cluster?".
Then, it is printed:
"I retrieved the list of all pods across all namespaces in the cluster. Let me count the total number of pods for you." - which is ok.
Then I see in the Copilot log:
[2025-07-01 12:21:03.741][error] [kubernetes]Error calling tool kubectl_get: MCP error -32603: MCP error -32603: Failed to execute kubectl get command: MCP error -32603: Failed to get resource: spawnSync /bin/sh ENOBUFS

Is my MCP server misconfigured? Or there is something to fix at the code level?

    "servers": {
        "kubernetes": {
            "command": "npx",
            "args": ["mcp-server-kubernetes"]
        }
    }
}

Thanks.
