Next time, please upload a text file that describes the problem along
with it, else the file might get deleted without further comments.  I've
put it in my homedir:

http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/~diego/buggsize0.wma

I can confirm that the file is not playable with ffplay and MPlayer with
the libavformat demuxer.
