[Ffmpeg-devel] encoding buffer and streaming

i have a buffer data of audio (PCM format)... i want to streaming this. 
but before streaming, i would like to encode the buffer to MPEG1or 2 (output are one or more frame) then streaming

how FFMPEG can do that? i care about encoding first...

pleses help me if you know,.. THanks
