dbmaint - perform database maintenance

dbmaint scans the database for missing images and film rolls. The missing items are listed and the user can choose to remove them.

Only database entries are removed. Nothing on disk is changed.

• start dbmaint from script_manager
• scan for missing film rolls or missing images
• look at the results and choose to delete or not
