When passing GetParameterRequest as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

#with_decryption ⇒ Boolean Return decrypted values for secure string parameters.

#with_decryption ⇒ Boolean

Return decrypted values for secure string parameters. This flag is ignored for String and StringList parameter types.
