When passing DescribeLayersRequest as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

• #layer_ids ⇒ Array<String>

  An array of layer IDs that specify the layers to be described.

• #stack_id ⇒ String

  The stack ID.

An array of layer IDs that specify the layers to be described. If you omit this parameter, DescribeLayers returns a description of every layer in the specified stack.
