Overview Note:

When passing ListClustersInput as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

{
  created_after: Time.now,
  created_before: Time.now,
  cluster_states: ["STARTING"],   marker: "Marker",
}

This input determines how the ListClusters action filters the list of clusters that it returns.
