When passing Range as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

{
  start_time: Time.now,   end_time: Time.now, }

Specifies one range of days or times to exclude from use for training an anomaly detection model.

• #end_time ⇒ Time

  The end time of the range to exclude.

• #start_time ⇒ Time

  The start time of the range to exclude.
