Class: Aws::Budgets::Types::DescribeBudgetsRequestWhen passing DescribeBudgetsRequest as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

that is associated with the budgets that you want descriptions of.
An optional integer that represents how many entries a paginated response contains.
