mq-cloudwatch-audit-log-enabled - AWS Config

Checks if an Amazon MQ broker has CloudWatch audit logging enabled. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if the broker does not have audit logging enabled.

Identifier: MQ_CLOUDWATCH_AUDIT_LOG_ENABLED
