Attaches a network interface to an instance.

The index of the device for the network interface attachment.

Checks whether you have the required permissions for the action, without actually making the request, and provides an error response. If you have the required permissions, the error response is DryRunOperation
. Otherwise, it is UnauthorizedOperation

The number of ENA queues to be created with the instance.

Configures ENA Express for the network interface that this action attaches to the instance.
