Discussion:
It seems that lerp
can't give a sensible answer for integer inputs. It's new machinery, not the legacy C stuff extended with extra overloads.
lerp
in 29.7.1 [cmath.syn] p2.
[2019-07 Issue Prioritization]
Priority to 2 after discussion on the reflector.
[2023-02-07 Status changed: New → Resolved.]
Resolved by the application of P1467R9. It's now clear that lerp
should have "sufficient additional overloads".
