Discussion:

This is the only place in the whole standard where the implementation has to document something private.

Proposed resolution:

Remove the comment which says "// remainder implementation defined" from:

• 29.6.5 [template.slice.array]
• 29.6.7 [template.gslice.array]
• 29.6.8 [template.mask.array]
• 29.6.9 [template.indirect.array]
