Relational operators

Performs the appropriate equality or inequality comparison operation between the independent_bits_engine objects lhs and rhs.

Two engines of the same type compare equal if they have both the same internal state, and hence any number of future calls to the operator() member on both objects would generate the same sequence of values.



Parameters
lhs, rhs
independent_bits_engine objects of the same type (to the left- and right-hand side of the operator, respectively).

Return Valuetrue if they compare equal, and false otherwise.

Complexity Linear on the state size.
