SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha sql backups delete ID [--async] [--instance=INSTANCE, -i INSTANCE] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG]
DESCRIPTION
(ALPHA) Delete a backup of a Cloud SQL instance.
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
ID
The ID of the backup run. To find the ID, run the following command: $ gcloud sql backups list -i {instance}.Or, the NAME of the backup. To find the NAME, run the following command: $ gcloud sql backups list --filter=instance:{instance}
FLAGS
--async
Return immediately, without waiting for the operation in progress to complete.
--instance=INSTANCE, -i INSTANCE
Cloud SQL instance ID.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.
