You can use Cloud Asset Inventory as part of Policy Analyzer to view the following policies on resources:
Allow policies: Find out which principals (users, service accounts, groups, and domains) have what access to which Google Cloud resources.
Organization policies: Find out which resources are covered by what organization policies.
