We have some left-over CSS rules that use a [firefoxviewhidden] attribute selector, but the firefoxviewhidden attribute is never set. These can be cleaned up.
At the time of writing, there are 3 such instances. The rules themselves are still relevant, we just want to remove the [firefoxhidden] parts.
The firefoxviewhidden attribute is never set and so these selectors
can be removed.
