#IDo Stand for Change for Women in Tech

#IDo stand for change for women in tech Reading Time: 3 minutes

When we hear that global gender equality will not be achieved for another 135 years, it is impossible for tech leaders to not feel a call towards action.

When looking at our industry, only 25% of computing jobs are held by women. It cannot be on this 25% alone to drive change – and it shouldn’t be, especially when we have Fortune 500 companies with at least three women in leading positions seeing a 66% increase in ROI for their organizations

Driving gender equality in the tech industry requires an inclusive approach that mobilizes everyone as allies. In this episode of CIOs Unfiltered, I am honored to be joined by Anita Bhatia, Deputy Executive Director, UN Women and Meir Amiel, Chief Product Officer, MuleSoft. Tune in to learn more about the global state of gender equality and why IT leaders play a critical role in driving change toward a more inclusive future. Join us as we discuss:
