This is the development version of pRolocGUI; for the stable release version, see pRolocGUI.

Interactive visualisation of spatial proteomics data

The package pRolocGUI comprises functions to interactively visualise spatial proteomics data on the basis of pRoloc, pRolocdata and shiny.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
