Bioconductor - ScaledMatrix (development version)

This is the development version of ScaledMatrix; for the stable release version, see ScaledMatrix.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.22)

Provides delayed computation of a matrix of scaled and centered values. The result is equivalent to using the scale() function but avoids explicit realization of a dense matrix during block processing. This permits greater efficiency in common operations, most notably matrix multiplication.

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("ScaledMatrix")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.

To view documentation for the version of this package installed in your system, start R and enter:
