Ferdinand of Bavaria (1577-1650) became prince-elector archbishop of Cologne and prince-bishop of Munster, Paderborn, Liège, and Hildesheim in 1612. His nephew Maximilian Henry of Bavaria (p. 16) succeeded him in several offices upon his death. Notations written in several different hands about his birth, death, and various titles surround the coat of arms.

This notation credits him as a clergyman of a monastery in Westphalia, as well as pastor of a church Olpfen (now Olfen) for only one night before his death on January 16, 1645 at the age of 48.

In black ink, the index hand identifies Georg Gerolt as her husband, as well as noting that Maria Elisabeth was Johannes Carolus Erlenwein's twin sister with reference to the notes before p. 1. In blue crayon (?), a final hand written in French refers to an office held by Georg Gerolt.
