Hello,
This image has been used in an article (http://www.racecar-engineering.com/technology-explained/diffusers-engine...) relating it to the under body flow of a Formula 1 car. I wonder whether the author of this picture has done one that has a horizontal splitter plate at the forward inlet (rather than a flare), assuring inlet at free stream speed (Vinf) and pressure (Pinf)?
Thanks for any help.
Regards,
vonk
