Tried to preserve the old URL, but could not.

According to the RFC editor:

The URL was correct at the time of publication, so we don't consider


this an erratum. That is, we don't believe errata should be used
to update things that were true at the time of publication. I think
using the errata in this way muddies the system.

Additionally, using Google search


on "Craig Huegen" returns a link to "Index of Craig Huegen's
