Your accommodation licence will be with the University, and our halls are provided in partnership with UPP, the UK’s leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure.
[ Accommodation guaranteeWe understand how important it is for new students to find the home that's right for them, so that's why we offer an Accommodation Guarantee. We guarantee a place in halls (either University-managed or with an accredited private provider) to all new undergraduate students who make Plymouth their firm first choice, apply by 7 July 2025 and are eligible under our
terms and conditions . Halls of residenceOur halls of residence are located on campus, or within the nearby Student Village – only a few minutes’ walk from both University facilities and the city centre.

Prepaid catered halls and halls packages
The prepaid catered halls offer is for 35 weeks of the year and includes breakfast and dinner served Monday – Friday. We also offer packages containing basic household items to set you up for a great start in halls.
