After President Obama toured flood-ravaged Wayne and Paterson on Sunday, Gov. Chris Christie announced that all 21 New Jersey counties would be eligible for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, The Jersey Journal reports.
Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise said yesterday morning, “I think there is an issue of fairness there. There is not a wall between the counties. What affected one county affected the others,” the Journal reports.
To apply, call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or visit DisasterAssistance.gov
