The function int32-to-integer
returns an integer integer of type (signed-byte 32)
corresponding to the int32 object int32. The argument int32 can also be an integer of type (signed-byte 32)
, in which case it is simply returned.
An error is signaled if int32 is not of type int32 or (signed-byte 32)
.
