TOPMed imputed variant data – First release of a new dataset, genetic variant arrays imputed to TOPMed (round 2) for ~8800 G1 children and ~8650 G0 Mothers.
Focus@30 (PDF, 5,261kB)- First release of data from the Focus@30 clinic which ended in August 2024. This G1 dataset (n=4,000) includes anthropometrics, blood pressure, respiratory health and the questionnaire completed in clinic (depression, anxiety and health/well-being (CIS-R) and COVID-19 vaccination history). Equivalent G0 data to follow soon.
G2 data - Questionnaires completed by mothers (who may or may not be G1) at enrolment, during pregnancy, at birth and when the G2 children were 6, 12 and 24 months of age.
Life@31+ Questionnaire- Completed by G1; includes questions on physical health including allergies, respiratory problems and other diseases, disorded eating, mental health and wellbeing and being a parent.
Winter 2023 Parents Questionnaire- completed by G0; includes questions on physical health including allergies, respiratory problems and other diseases, disorded eating, mental health and wellbeing and finances.
Whole Exome Sequencing- Two datasets (there is some overlap) generated at two different institutions:
1. Broad Institute: ~2900 G1
2. Sanger Institute: _8500 G1s and ~3200 G0s prioritising trios.
