If anyone ever tells you that a single vote doesn’t count, you can point them to the election results in Ellicottville last night.
In the race for a four-year justice post, Republican Joseph Dipasquale was running unopposed and received two votes. However, write-in candidate Lynda Neuwirth received three votes, enough to win the seat.
Another write-in vote was made for Jack Rogan.
