BUILT-IN SYMBOL

RegionMember[reg,{x,y,}]

gives True if the numeric point {x,y,} is a member of the constant region reg and False otherwise.

RegionMember[reg,{x,y,}]

gives conditions for the point {x,y,} to be a member of reg.
