gives a list {c0,c1,…} of counts cd of cells of dimension d in the mesh region mreg.
MeshCellCount[mreg,d]
gives the total count of cells of dimension d.
MeshCellCount[mreg,cellspec]
gives the total count of cells specified by cellspec.
