Dear all,

I am having trouble with the turtle module on my machine, and wanted to
see if this is specific to my configuration (most likely), or a problem
experienced by others as well. The basic issue is this: soon after
given a drawing assignment, the turtle either becomes unresponsive, or
fails altogether and brings Python down with it. By "drawing
assignment" I mean something as simple as its own turtle.demo()
function: after completing the first square, Python shuts down! While
initialisation with turtle.reset() does not cause a crash, the turtle
window cannot be closed and is unresponsive.

I am running MacPython 2.3 with AquaTk/Tcl 8.4.4 on Mac OS X 10.2.8.

Thank you!

Pijus
