aeve depends on TECManager ( http://undefined.org/python/#TECManager ) 
and LaunchServices ( http://undefined.org/python/#LaunchServices ).  
The easiest way to get these extension modules is from my Package 
Manager repository, go to http://undefined.org/python/pimp/ for 
instructions.  Just install aeve from there, and that should install 
both aeve and the dependencies.
