Yes, there is a project (re-)porting Python 2.1 to the Pocket PC,
specifically the iPaQ.

You can read about it on the python-ce mailing list. Several folks got
together and contributed funds to purchase an iPaQ, which I am using to do
the port.

We're still $100 short in contributions. You can send me email directly if
you'd like more information about this project.
