yeah, but Parrot's a new application, it's not a redistribution of SPARK.

I don't mind people using something I wrote in their applications (GPLed
or not), I just find it sad that when some people fixes a bug or adds a
small useful feature, they'd rather slap a GPL license on the new version
than contribute something back to the original author...

but I can live with that ;-)
