Hello, I have downloaded the Windows version "Python-2.1.exe" of Python and am unable to run the executable. An error message stating "System DLLs corrupt or missing" always appears. On closer examination of the executable, I see the following: - Expected Windows version: 3.10 - Imported name table (link-time imports): kernel, gdi, user It seems that this executable is a 16bit application and it refuses to run under NT. Checking my DLLs reveals that I have 32bit versions...ie. kernel32.dll, gdi32.dll and user32.dll Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty? Is there a Win32 version of the "Python-2.1.exe" windows installer? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Jim.
